Simon was a Manager in the transaction advisory practice of a global top10 accounting firm in New York City where he managed over 60 M&A financial due diligence projects across various sectors for both, corporate and strategic buyers. Simon started his career in the audit practice of EY (Big4) where he conducted external audits for multinational clients in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS. Having both, domestic and international professional experience, Simon brings a unique perspective into every transaction.
